Druid 40 Man Raid Signups
Druid 40 Man Raid Signups
**Blatantly Ripped off from the Warlock System so props to Neit** There will be one "ladder" for each instance. When choosing who goes we'll start at the top of the ladder and work down until the spots are filled by those who signed up. When you're accepted into the raid you're bumped to the bottom. Your experience level will be a major factor in your placement to the raid: we do not want 4 inexperinced Druids in MC any more than we want 4 who are just there because they're bored. The 4 classifications will be Inexperienced, Learning, Farming, and Done. For your placement in the ladder, alts will always be below any mains, except for those who are Done--they are always at the bottom. When choosing people for the 4 Druid slots, the first 2 slots go to the first two in the ladder who are at a Farming or Done status. This is to guarantee that we have the required experience in the raid to keep things moving. Remaining spots will be filled by a second pass through the ladder, but only 1 Inexperienced person will be accepted per raid if other options are available. To change your status from Inexperienced to Learning you need only attend one raid to that instance and then request the change. If you only showed up for a single kill then left or something you might not get the status change, but that would be rare. To change your status from Learning to Farming you should be farmiliar with every encounter in the dungeon and you and one of the class leaders needs to agree that you are ready. Please see the original Warlock thread by Neit for examples of the queue in action. If you are accepted into the raid and don't show up you're still moved to the bottom. This is the new punishment for signing up and not showing up. If you didn't sign up at all and then accept an invite then you'll not be moved from your spot in the ladder. To be initially placed in the ladder for an instance you will need to satisfy the guild's gear requirements for that instance. You will start at the bottom of the ladder (above alts and Dones as appropriate). |
