Class Leaders/Representatives/HooHaw!!

We have finished deliberating!! All Hail Kay, All Hail Kay!

First let me run down to what each of these individuals have agreed to.

Responsibilities

Class communication, discussions – forum posts.
Class Articles – we’re getting closer to having a real content site and the leaders will need to help fill it.
Understanding the variances of their class – including who are what spec, talent build and goals as that class.
Help with scheduling and running p5 and p20 instances, not necessarily attending all of them – but at a minimum rotating with other class leaders to get them going.
Take a leader/teaching role during p5 and p20 instances – handling loot or assigning someone to handle loot.
Organizing their class, includes things like "am I ready yet?"

This is of course not a complete list, but as we think of things we'll add'm :)

Now, this is something I've not mentioned to them yet - what this means for them

Perks :)

These members will have access to swap out into an already running p40 raid, i.e. Swap out with someone at Ragnaros – I see this happening one of many ways, either another class rep does it or they ask someone within their class to do so. The caveat is that the CL gains no points from the event. The person you swap out with retains point earnings.
Ability to bump into a scheduled event. If you miss a signup or you’re late signing up, you as a class leader may bump into the signup. This is built into the DKP already.
NOTE: In the case where there's 2 class reps/leaders in a class group only one of you may do the above.

So.. who are these magnificent people? Well let me tell you.

Mage - Sudac and Zymun (honorable mention to Kyrel (Knuckles), who has done fantastic job running the p20 stuff - will stay on as a Raid Leader)
Rogues - Hidden and Stiletto
Hunters - Wolf and Lunariel
Paladins - Keldric (honorable mention to Woodman, who at the last moment had to duck out due to RL - this post will still be open to you whenever you want it)
Druids - Malachor and Adnama
Priests - Lucii and Posseidon
Warlocks - Neit and Darkon
Warriors - Vahlerie and Burnie

so those above will be the ones responsible for all of you, enjoy - you may now bug them relentlessly :)

One other thing Rage neglected to mention is that they will be the ones who help organize "raid swaps". Those individuals who only need to hit MC for one item that drops off Rag or Domo or whatever will need to coordinate it with the class leaders.

Bong, the class leaders are for the class you are bringing to the raid. Say it's your first time bringing your warrior to MC, then you would talk to Vahl for advice, positioning, etc. The first time i bring my druid to MC i am gonna be hounding Ad, or Mal even though i have been through that place dozens of times now with my mage.
